A fisherman caught a giant squid on the Spanish coast and weigh up to 149.6 kilograms and a length of 33 feet.
Reporting from Mirror on Saturday 28 Novemebr 2015, the giant squid was caught by a fisherman at a depth of nearly 500 meters above sea level.
"Seeing the animals of this size can intimidate anyone, even those fishing every day and spend a lot of time at sea," said a crew of a fishing boat.
Currently, marine animals that had been frozen and sent to experts in the Animal Protection Agency and Marine Research in Northern Spain. Chairman of the organization said that the present invention is an example of research material that is extraordinary.
"This (giant squid), is one of the largest that we have seen over the last few years," said the chairman or president of an organization that is unnamed.
It is estimated that these animals can continue to grow to a larger size and reach maximum size at 43 feet (women) or 33 feet (male)
